RETURN & REFUND

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any items, they can be returned within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

  1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  2.  After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
  4. Please allow 5 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed. Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Please note that returning your order is at your own cost. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain the proof of sending.

For international returns please ship items to our return address using any prepaid and trackable return method and mark clearly "Returned goods - No commercial value" as the description of contents on all paperwork provided by your chosen carrier. 

You are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable Customs Import fees and/or surcharges and the cost of return shipping back to us. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery. The amount of above costs will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

 Return Conditions

The swing tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered, without any make-up marks, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way. 

Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.

Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim shorts or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Items that have any sign of use or wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the Client.

Please note that Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original accessories, components and instructions. Furthermore, they must be packaged in the same suitable manner in which they were received.

 

 Return Address

Please contact our Customer Service for the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Please note that do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

LEVERULE reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website.

In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order

 

 Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order within the first hour, please contact our Customer Care team to make this request. When successfully cancelled, a refund for the full order value will be credited back to your original payment method and you will receive a notification email. We are unable to guarantee cancellations during the sales period due to the volume of orders being processed.
