US SHIPPING 

We offer free shipping on all USA domestic orders totaling $100 or more.

All orders ship within 1-2 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. (while some items may need 3-5 business days. We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected. )

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact us.

GLOBAL SHIPPING

We offer free free Shipping on International Orders over ​$250. Taxes and customs/broker fees not included.

All orders ship via DHL or UPS. Please refer to their websites for specific shipping regions. Shipping address at checkout should be provided in Local Languages. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive if it is international. International shipping charges are based on total price of items, the weight of the package, and it’s destination.

Please note, Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRE-ORDERS

If you have purchased any pre-order item(s), the item(s) will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. You will receive tracking information as soon as we get your order and an additional email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Payment for pre-order items will be collected upon placement of the order.

 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

 

MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. 

We will not replace merchandise that has been misplaced due to theft or a package being left outside for any length of time. We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of carriers.

We will not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages.
